Construction is underway at the new Flatbush Hatzolah garage, which will be located on Coney island Avenue and 18th Avenue. Flatbush Hatzolah currently has one ambulance parked in their garage on Avenue M and Ocean Parkway, and the rest are in their main garage on Ocean Avenue and Ave N. Their main garage houses at least 6 ambulances. The new garage will enable an ambulance to reach the northern part of their response area in a very short response time.
